Tuscaloosa Tennis Association would like to thank all the participants, patrons, Center Court Tuscaloosa and the WZHM Group of Morgan Stanley for making the inaugural Emily Baker’s Women’s Classic a big success.
The tournament started with the Players and Patrons party on Thursday night. We had a great turnout for the party. CCT was transformed with a big tent, white tablecloths and beautiful flowers in addition to an excellent assortment of hors d’oeuvres .
We are thrilled to report that we had 88 participants in the tournament. We offered 18 and up 2.5 – 4.5+ divisions for both day and night and a 55+ day division. We also had a great turnout of spectators and friends of Emily that stopped by at watch some tennis spend some time with Emily.
